Bench Ball

For p.e we played bench ball. Bench ball is a game that's similar to dodge ball and capture the flag. To play we can have a even amount of people on each side. What we had to do was one of the members in our team can run to the other side and stand on the bench, That gives us the opportunity to throw the ball to our team mate on the other side to catch then we can try to run to the bench without getting touched. To win the game you have to have 4 on a bench. Rules ,3 seconds in your circle near the bench. if you get tagged you have to run back.

I Place my self as a achieved, because i managed to participate at my full potential and get my self on the bench with out getting touched. I think i met the criteria because i played well and how the game is made to play. Another example , I think i met the criteria because i managed to get my team some points and because i had the ability to throw the ball perfect.

+ Skill level,
My skills and ability was average to the game for example, i managed to have good aiming at throwing the ball to my team mate on the other side. I really enjoyed running around and not getting lazy

+ Equipment,
The equipment for example the balls were big and easy to catch and throw in the air which helped me a lot. The equipment was set out perfect which made the game easier to participate.

+Friends and classmates.

My friends were enjoying there time trying to run to the bench and getting the others out which made me be more helpful to play and have fun . My team mates Came up with some good strategies to get to the other side and also it was challenging how there wasn't the same amount of people. My friends influenced me to be more out there and play
Friends and classmates like Ivan made me play through out the whole game which increased my participation. With out Ivan i wouldn't be playing at my full potential.

Something i can do in the future is to get more fit and cope well even though i don't understand the game i will play and have fun.

Awesome description of the game Texas, you have discussed the rules, how to win and the structure of the game. This means that anyone could play the game from your instructions. You have made some references to the marking criteria, with examples - what do you think you were missing from the Merit level? I love your 'equipment factor - you have given specific examples (ball size and layout of the game), and then related the equipment to your participation - perfect! to increase a little further, notice how your 'friends' factor is discussed a little more in depth for the 'why' part? would love to see more of that. Great first reflection Texas, work hard to complete the others, and maybe think about including pictures or videos. Miss D :)

This post is really a good description of the game. Because of how you were discussing the procedure of the game. The way that you have explained the game can easily get others to know what the aim of the game and the rules of it. A good feedback to add is that there are no pictures, videos and also no bullet points. churry
